A Few Brief Snippets of Bio

Carol Ghiglieri is a writer living in Brooklyn, New York. She has an MA from Boston University’s Creative Writing Program and an MFA from the Warren Wilson Program for Writers. Her short stories have appeared in a variety of literary journals, including The Missouri Review, the Alaska Quarterly Review, Crazyhorse, Potomac Review, and The Pinch. She’s been a recipient of the Writer’s Voice New Voice Fiction Award and Descant’s Gary Wilson Short Fiction Award, and her story collection, Bombshell, was a semifinalist for the 2013 Spokane Prize.

She has taught creative writing at Hofstra University, and offers writing workshops in Brooklyn.
